Head of Inside Sales Manager - Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Our client is an economically stable, internationally active corporate network with several companies in Europe. As a manufacturer, the company has been convincing for many years with high product competence, reliable processes and a clear customer orientation. In the course of a structured follow-up control, an experienced management personality is now sought for the internal sales service.

In this position you take responsibility for the entire sales service. You lead a well-established team of five project managers and develop the distribution structures together with them. Always keep an overview of all ongoing projects, control them actively and support your team in complex projects – even through your own project work in selected cases.

The close technical cooperation with the Head of Design (m/w/d) and its own assembly is essential in order to efficiently implement customer-oriented solutions. Your department is a central hub between sales, technology and all relevant internal interfaces. Reference No: SHE26-180644

completed commercial or technical training or Studies, ideally focusing on sales, business management, economic engineering or technical background Multiannual experience in the sales service, service, customer care - ideally in plant engineering, machine or special machine construction - already with responsibility Extensive understanding of technical and commercial relationships as well as for sales processes and project management Safe handling of CRM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision, ABAS) Communication strength, enforcement ability and a motivating leadership style
