You enter and maintain our hybrid Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender). You are responsible for the administration of our VMware Virtualization Environment. You enter our Sophos firewalls, access points and VPN solutions and secure a secure network via Aruba switches. You actively use our RMM system to monitor and orchestrate our IT landscape. You take care of backup and recovery concepts based on Veeam. You are actively working on IT projects, modernizations and standardizations and bringing your own ideas. You support colleagues in 2nd level support and take documentation on applications and processes. You work closely with external service providers and tax them if necessary.
Completed IT training, study or comparable qualification Found professional experience in the administration of complex IT infrastructures Deep knowledge in: Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune VMware vSphere Network administration (LAN/WLAN/VPN, firewalling)
Experience in handling ticket systems Knowledge of IT security, monitoring, backup strategies Structured, solution-oriented operation and high service orientation Good German and English language skills You are hands-on, independent and like to work in the team
