As a new team member, you support colleagues in stock data management by updating, maintaining inventory drawings and comparing the associated data in the CAFM system. You contribute to the quality and up-to-date of our digital plan documents. You create and update independent outline drawings as part of stock data maintenance based on existing drawings with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architecture. You will perform the matching and maintenance of drawings in our existing CAFM system pitFM. You test CAD plans for compliance with predetermined standards and guidelines both with and without DV support and make corrections if necessary. You will perform the setting and maintenance of digital inventory plans and future 3D models in the CAFM system. You are in exchange with colleagues and are working on their inquiries on the plan documents you have prepared.
You have completed your vocational training as a signatory (m/w/d). You have experiences in creating digital drawings and plans in the HOAI performance phases 1–5 and 9. You have knowledge of the relevant guidelines and standards for building drawings (for example DIN 277, DIN 1356). You provide a strong technical understanding of construction processes, plan documents and digital systems. A safe handling of architecture CAD systems as well as the current MS Office applications is obvious to you. You communicate clearly, precisely and understandably in word and writing in German.
