Essentially, you will deal with the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the purchasing team Responsibility for the operational and strategic purchasing of raw materials, purchasing parts, tools and services Control and optimization of internal processes in the area of purchasing and supplier management Development and implementation of purchasing strategies for cost optimization and security of supply Planning, organisation and implementation of annual price negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive prices and conditions Preparation and implementation of analyses, in particular sales and other key figures, identifying trends, potentials and risks in the supply chain Implementation of supplier evaluation and development and implementation of measures to improve supplier performance Monitoring and monitoring of prices, market conditions and competitive activities for early identification of opportunities and risks Maintenance and updating of KPI ́s as well as the responsibility for the achievement of the key figures such as cost savings, delivery reliability, etc. Escalation management in supply bottlenecks, quality problems or other disruptions in the supply chain to find solutions and minimize impacts Implementation of negotiations with suppliers as well as auditing and design to ensure legal and commercial frameworks Preparation and participation in certification and customer audits.
