Your tasks: Precision is your craft

• Self-programming, setting up and operating our modern CNC-controlled turning and/or milling centers with the controllers Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
• Manufacturing of sophisticated parts, prototypes and series according to technical drawings.
• Implementation of quality controls and self-responsible ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the finished workpieces.
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and eliminating minor disturbances.
• Regular maintenance and maintenance of machines and tools.

Your profile:

• A successfully completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), CNC lathe (m/w/d), CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Multiannual professional experience in metal processing.
• Safe handling of measuring devices and the ability to read and implement technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of common controls (e.g. Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc) are desirable.
• Self-employed, precise and quality-conscious working.
• Teamability, reliability and high operational readiness.
• Ready for shiftwork
