-- Completed training as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. -- Flexibility: You are ready to work in different facilities and face new challenges. -- Language level B2: Good knowledge of German to communicate with residents, relatives and the team. -- readiness for flexible shiftwork: early, late and night services are possible, at least two of these shifts should be taken over. -- Team orientation and sensitivity: They are happy to work with older people and are empathic in dealing with the inhabitants.
