  • Care and further development of the IT compliance management system to ensure compliance with current laws, standards and best practices.

  • Conduct detailed analyses of international regulatory and industry-specific requirements, proactive identification of compliance gaps and development of action plans to address them.

  • Advising the DACHSER landscape organisations with regard to IT compliance in the design and implementation of regulatory requirements.

  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of external IT audits, including IT audits as part of annual audits and certification processes, as well as function as the main contact partner for all stakeholders.

  • Participation in internal IT audits with a focus on examining relevant compliance requirements.

  • Completed study, ideally in the field of (economic) law, information systems or a related field.

  • Experience in project management as well as pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detailed way of working.

  • Knowledge and experience gained in implementing IT security frameworks, standards and laws (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, BSIG, TISAX).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Very good English skills in word and writing are absolutely necessary, German skills are of advantage.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team of a truly multinational organization that is distributed worldwide.
