To strengthen our team of E.ON Country Hub Germany GmbH, we are looking for you as Senior Expert (w/m/d) Payroll & Time Implementation (SAP HCM) at the next possible time. Technical advice and support: You conduct HR projects and implementation projects, structure technical requirements, develop implementation concepts and support them for their successful implementation. HR-IT and system consulting: You set your high IT affinity in the environment for advice and implementation Group requirements with the special focus on pay, time management and travel cost accounting are productively integrated - in particular in the SAP HCM and Concur context Interface management: You work closely with HR-IT interfaces, internal accounting units, as well as customer companies and secure stable operation Regulations: You issue legal, collective and operational rules and interpret them Training and documentation creation: You will set up relevant training documents and documentation for employees in pay billing and adjacent areas Process analysis and optimization: You analyze existing processes in pay billing and time management. You develop optimization suggestions Central respondent: For specialist questions on pay billing and time management

Qualification: Successfully completed technical training in the field of personnel or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources Professional experience: Insufficient professional experience in the HR IT and/or Payroll environment with excellent SAP-HR system skills and well-founded basic skills in labour, social security, tax and collective bargaining Analytical Competence: Embossed Analytical Skills and Solution-Oriented Thinking – Complex Facts Structured and Practically Prepare Personal competencies: High level of initiative, enforcement strength and communication skills This is what distinguishes you: team skills, resilience and a high commitment Language skills: Your knowledge of German is at a very high level (at least C2, oral and written); Basic English skills are desirable
