Trainer Converting (m/f/d)

Determination of technical training/further training requirements related to production personnel in the Converting area Responsible planning, organisation, implementation and documentation of qualification measures with regard to legal regulations and production processes Ensuring a consistent qualification by operating the machines and plants in all shift teams. Compliance with working safety, fire protection, productivity, hygiene, order and cleanliness requirements Close cooperation and support of Production Engineer Converting as part of the continuous improvement of production facilities and process stability Support in carrying out production tests Need-oriented support of the Shift Supervisor for Troubleshooting situations Support for certification and audits Support for complex repairs and rebuilding measures Participation in the implementation of optimization projects/measures

You have completed technical training in a recognised training profession (IHK) as well as professional training to the industrial master, ideally with paper processing or a comparable qualification acquired through professional experience. In addition, you have a multi-year professional experience in paper processing, ideally already in a comparable position. Extensive and deepened knowledge of production processes and process engineering as well as method competence in the field of training are expected. An independent, result-oriented and analytical method in conjunction with a resilient, flexible, pragmatic and strong personality structure. A strong, team-connecting and pro-active working style. Very good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English. You have good knowledge of MS Office; ideally, you also have knowledge of SAP.
