Your tasks:

• Responsible for the development, implementation, strategy and Introduction of Lean Methods
• Contact for the use of tools such as SPC, Control Plan and PFMEA (process error and influence analysis) to To ensure conformity of parts and assemblies
• Responsible for the implementation of Q tools and methods and for the coaching of employees and the support of Working areas
• Implementation of assessments to accuracy, repeatability and to ensure reproducibility of new methods
• Support of the Customer Protection Board and analysis of the Deviations in the process
• Continuous development of the QM system at the site

Your profile:

• A completed technical study
• Professional experience in project management and quality management
• German and English knowledge
• Extensive technical understanding
• The ability to work analytically and structured to high quality results
• Embossed communicative skills to internal and external to guarantee information flow at all hierarchical levels
