As a Supervisor Operations (w/m/d), you are our hero of the operative, supported in the flexible two-layer system, and perform independently exciting tasks. Whether you're jumping with the birds and starting in the early shift at 04:30 or doing the night a day and rocking in the late shift until 20:00 – you're right with us! You are analysing and constantly reviewing our productivity, quality and all relevant runtimes From your reportings, you will take operational measures and implement them directly in the day-to-day business with your team You guide the layer ladder, support them in their layers and ensure a smooth production process. For this, you plan, monitor and optimize the work processes continuously Also with the forwarding and external service providers, you regularly talk and plan the utilisation and capacity of our main courses As a team-oriented manager, you conduct personnel talks, plan efficient personnel deployment and take care of the work security and compliance with legal requirements

Industry experience in KEP/Spedition is a very clear plus. It would be of advantage that you have already gained first leadership experience, e.g. as a team leader/shift manager (w/m/d) in the commercial-technical field, in which logistics, production, trade or comparable. As a real packer, you have the ability to achieve goals successfully and have a fine feeling for people You are pay-affin and safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel) Self-responsible work, good communication skills and enforcing skills are in your blood If you're figuring yourself through a hand-on mentality and like looking at the edge of the plate, you'll fit us!
