At the University of Applied Sciences Fulda, at the closest possible point in the Central Academic Advisory Service, the position is as

TALENTSCOUT (M/W/D)

to the extent of a 100% entity, first terminated in accordance with § 14 para. 1 No 1 TzBfG for the duration of 3 years.

Your main tasks:

› Establishment of a talent scouting program at the Fulda University of Applied Sciences: Participation in the context of the project on the design, communication and networking; Reflection and evaluation of objectives and measures

› Individual, professional and diversity-sensible support of pupils in the process of study and career orientation at the transition school-high school – in particular support for people with non-academic background or with special hurdles in educational biography; regular speaking hours at cooperation schools, reflection of the orientation process in regular development talks

› Participation in events of the Central Academic Advisory Service, in particular on study orientation

› Participation in a vocational training on the NRW-Talentscout

Your profile:

› Completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent degree)

› Good knowledge of the university system and the field of career and study orientation

› Proven professional experience in working with young people

› Including professional experience in the implementation of workshops and lectures

› High communication skills, cooperation and team skills

› Ready-to-use and organisational flexibility

› Good English knowledge

› Class B driving licence and standby for self-service travel
