The IT Compliance Group is responsible for IT compliance management, the internal control system of IT, IT risk management and IT audits. As part of IT compliance management, the group provides a complete view of the regulatory requirements for the IT organisation and the IT processes and derives concrete action needs. It also provides a complete, adequate and effective internal control system to minimize risks in IT processes. Another focus is on the responsibility, control and moderation of the IT risk management process, with which the risks arising from the use of information technologies are identified, evaluated, controlled and reported. In addition, the group performs the function of Operational Risk Manager (ORM) for IT. Finally, it accompanies IT audits by external auditors, such as the annual financial statements and WpHG audits, and ensures the consistent continuation of the processing of the Findings in the responsibility of IT.

Management and further development of Group-wide capabilities in the area of IT Governance, IT Risk Management, IKS, IT Compliance and regulatory management in an international banking group Assessment, prioritisation and control of regulatory, supervisory and risk-related requirements taking into account risk, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness Control and coordination of complex audit and supervisory activities with auditing, auditors, supervisory authorities, second-line functions and international subsidiaries and locations Assessment of key governance, risk and control issues and deriving sustainable measures to strengthen resilience, taxability and regulatory compliance Developing modern governance, risk and control models for new technologies, cloud, platform and transformation projects. Advising management and decision-making bodies in governance, risk, regulatory and transformation issues The role combines deep governance, risk and regulatory expertise with a high level of implementation in a complex international enterprise IT landscape

Multiannual practical experience in the field of IT governance, IT risk management, IKS, IT compliance, audit, audit or regulatory oversight Very good understanding of regulatory requirements and their implementation in modern IT, cloud and operating models Understanding modern IT architectures, cyber security, cloud, artificial intelligence and digital transformation projects Detectable experience in dealing with supervisory authorities, auditors, audits and management bodies Ability to assess complex risks, target conflicts and regulatory requirements pragmatically and to represent them to management and supervisory levels Embossed communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills in the international environment German (C1) and English (B2) in Word and Writing
