Your tasks:

• Preparation and presentation of hot and cold dishes in high quality
• Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Planning and organization of daily processes in the kitchen
• Participation in the creation of menus taking into account the preferences and nutritional needs of the guests
• purchase and storage of goods and regular inventory checks

Your profile:

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in community catering or gastronomy of advantage
• Passion for good food and pleasure in handling food
• Reliability and a high level of responsibility
• A dedicated and team-oriented personality that convinces as host (m/w/d) and actively promotes team spirit in the kitchen
• Loadability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
