You enter residential and commercial objects – from classic old buildings, office villas to modern new buildings You are contact:in for owners:inside, tenants:inside, service providers – personal, telephone or digital You make sure everything runs: conditions, deadlines, maintenance You organize housing, process invoices and take care of the entire correspondence You start house money and operating expenses with the support of our team

A completed commercial training (ideally in real estate) or relevant professional experience Organizational and structured working You like to think, have a good sense for people and like to work in the team You bring self-responsibility – and keep a cool head even in stressful moments
