Service. Hospitality. Together for a smooth run. Our Central Services team is an important point of contact in the company – for employees, visitors and external partners. Together we ensure that reception, post office, meeting rooms, fleet and many organizational processes work smoothly. The existing team consists of a team leader and three colleagues, who we now want to strengthen further motivated support due to increasing requirements and growing tasks. If you enjoy organization, service and a varied mix of tasks, you will fit us perfectly.

You welcome, attend and guide our visitors according to our internal requirements. You take care of the daily mailing and delivery as well as messenger and courier services. You support document management – from scanning and archiving to providing documents. You organize our meeting rooms, coordinate the catering and provide the necessary equipment. You work in facility, procurement and access management (e.g. material orders, key management, repair reports). You manage our pool vehicles, issue keys and service cards and carry out regular driving controls. You are supported in fleet management, for example in the case of vehicle returns or the coordination with service partners. You work closely with internal interfaces and take over the incorporation of new colleagues. Since the reception must always be reliably occupied, clear, team-oriented working time regulations apply: Service hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00–17:00 Friday: 08:00–15:00 Parttime models Parttime is explicitly possible (from 20 hours a week). The following conditions apply: part-time employees take over the ''shift' at least two days a week until 17:00. Part-time models such as: 13:00–17:00 are possible. Pure morning shifts are not possible, as we cover the reception times fair in the team. We live gliding time, coordinated within the team.

You have a completed commercial training – for example in office management or as a hotel specialist. Ideally, you bring first experience in the office, service or reception area. You convince by a friendly and binding appearance and enjoy working with people. You own a class B license. You are service-oriented, communication-strong and keep an overview even in lively situations. You have good MS-Office skills and you want to work into new systems.
