Operations Buyer (m/f/d)

Responsible maintenance and updating of SAP data (order confirmations, production progresses, master data, purchasing information sets, plan delivery times, creditor master files) Self-permanent appointment tracking including dunning for deliveries, order confirmations, certificates, report of findings, test reports, etc. Conversion of needs into orders according to predefined policies and tools and complete documentation of all procurement processes Collection, evaluation and comparison of technical/commercial offers (price, condensation and conditional analysis) Examination of specifications for completeness and plausibility (non-technical) and coordination with the Procurement Manager and other interface partners Contract award to national and international suppliers according to Authority Matrix and possible participation in negotiations together with the Procurement Manager

Specialized (commercial) vocational training Multiannual professional experience in technical, international shopping with sound technical knowledge Representative knowledge of SAP, MS-Office and JIRA as well as knowledge of English in word and writing Structured, process-oriented and analytical methods combined with high solution orientation, self-initiative and negotiation competence Representative team and communication skills as well as ability to interdisciplinary cooperation
