You deal with disputed claims and claims from the social courts and also examine the prospects for success of active actions You observe and analyse the development of jurisprudence, align them with existing legal positions and develop arguments You support the Department of General Law & Medical Law in the processing of social court proceedings You conclude settlement negotiations in social court proceedings and accompany them on request from the Hospital and Rehabilitation Division You prepare draft decisions for comparisons, withdrawals, credentials and remedies You shall be responsible for meetings at meetings and oral proceedings with full powers of decision

You have a completed training for the health insurance company (or successor degree) or a completed university/special education degree with Bachelor of Law or equivalent knowledge and skills You provide specific knowledge in the area of responsibility, in particular in the area of the right of remuneration of hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, You have thorough knowledge of the case-law of general and special social law You apply thorough knowledge of basic medical knowledge (terminology; mental and organic diseases) You provide comprehensive knowledge in the law of statutory health and care insurance, both materially and procedurally. You have special knowledge in legal methods
