Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Team leadership on site (scientific & disciplinary)
• Ensuring the perfect technical object condition
• Planning and control of construction and maintenance measures
• Creation and tracking of repair orders incl. Material procurement
• acceptance and control of conversion
• Monitoring of traffic safety at the object
• Instruction & control of external service providers with regard to occupational safety
• Creation of monthly reports on maintenance, repair & special events

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Technical training (e.g. electronics engineer, plant mechanic) with master qualification or studies (electrical engineering, utility technology, TGA, facility management) Mind. 5 years of professional experience in technical facility management or comparable environment
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
• IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, ideally CAFM systems and SAP
• Advantage: Experience in the chemical environment
