Designing the future, promoting innovation, strengthening health – these are the core tasks of the Centre for Innovation in the Health Industry East Westphalia lip (ZIG OWL). As a development agency and network designer, the ZIG OWL promotes cooperation and networking in the region and profiles OWL as a future location for health. Support is the association for the promotion of innovations in the healthcare industry OWL e.V. Over 40 members include clinics and service providers, companies, associations and universities and research institutes. The ZIG OWL takes care of the concerns and interests of its members. As a network of competencies for innovation in the healthcare industry, the ZIG OWL combines numerous regional and supra-regional actors. Strategic leadership: You run the office with a small, agile team and strategically develop the network together with the Executive Board. Stakeholder Management: You are the face of the association to the outside and are able to moderate the interests of companies, SMEs, training and research institutions, municipalities and civil society. Finance & acquisitions: You secure the financial basis through the acquisition of funds (EU, Bund, Land), orders and the acquisition of new members of the association. Ecosystem management: You identify trends and initiate cross-industry innovation projects (e.g. in the fields of sustainability, digitalization / AI and DeepTech). Event & Communication: You are responsible for high-quality network formats and strengthen the visibility of the site in national and European competition

Qualification: completed studies (Master/Diplom) in health sciences, sociology, economics, regional and innovation management or a comparable discipline. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the management of networks, clusters or in economic promotion. Competence: You understand how regional innovation ecosystems work and have a sense of dynamics between public sector, services and industry. Personality: You are a born networker with high moderation skills, political fingertips and entrepreneurial drive and keep people in mind.
