Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Process optimization: You analyze existing manufacturing processes and systematically reduce waste and cycle times.

Lean Management: You implement and train Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) in production.

Industrialization: You accompany the transfer of new products from development to series production.

Workplace design: You design ergonomic and efficient assembly and test workstations.

Documentation: You create and update work instructions, process flow diagrams and piece lists.

Qualification: Complete study in the field of production technology, industrial engineering or physics/optics.

Experience: professional experience in process optimization, ideally in high-tech or clean room environment.

Methods: Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma (e.g. Green Belt) is a big plus.

Competences: Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence and high IT affinity.

Languages: German and very good English.
