Projektassistenz / Projektmanagementsupport (m/w/d) SAP S/4 HANA Ettlingen | Full time | from now on | limited to 30.04.2027

Work from the home office is possible in part. Several days of presence in Ettlingen per week are required.

For our large transformation project S/4 HANA we are looking for competent support in project management. The focus is on the successful planning, control and implementation of the S/4 transformation project.

Project support performing regular tracking of tasks, risks, issues and open points (including escalation mechanisms) Maintenance and consolidation of the project roadmap, dependencies and milestones Preparation of Steering Circle and Management Documents (including Storyline Preparation) Budget and resource monitoring support Ensuring uniform use of templates (status reports, protocols, RASIC, OKRs etc.) Communication and Interface Management Prepared moderation of workshops including Material creation, agenda design, logging and follow-up Active support of internal and external communication measures (e.g. training communication, change messages, project newsletters) Consolidation of feedback from specialist areas, implementation partners and project management Quality Assurance & Process Optimization Introduction and maintenance of PM standards, checklists and templates Support in ensuring a structured, clearly comprehensible storage architecture (teams, SharePoint) Continuous monitoring of compliance with project specifications (e.g. name conventions, documentation rules, Jira workflows) Support for test and training preparation (test preparation, training organisation, participant management)

Technical requirement Multiannual experience in project management support for ERP implementations (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA) Ability to structure, prioritize and prepare complex information Experience in dealing with SharePoint, teams structures Very good knowledge of Jira (Epics, User Stories, Workflows, Dashboards, Filters) Knowledge of project governance, risk management and PM controlling Very good knowledge in German and English (word and writing) (French, Polish of advantage) Personal requirement High capacity for self-organisation and priority Expressed analytical skills to identify dependencies and risks Proactive working and joy in active “collection” Hands-on mentality in phases of high project load Ability to work with project management and subproject management
