VisiConsult X-ray Systems & Solutions is a German global market leader in customer-specific and standard X-ray testing systems for non-destructive material testing (ZfP), quality assurance and process improvement with more than 25 years of expertise in image processing and industrial X-ray technology (2D and 3D/CT). As HR Manager (m/w/d), VisiConsult plays a central role in the further development of our international HR landscape and assists executives as well as employees as trusted savings partners along the entire employee lifecycle. In detail, this means: holistic HR management and consulting of executives and employees across several national and international companies Control and development of central HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle Independent design and implementation of HR projects, in particular in the fields of personnel development, talent management and executive development Accompanying organisational and change processes in an international environment Further development of onboarding, feedback, development and employee retention measures Close cooperation with Recruiting, Payroll, external service providers and international contacts Ensuring German labour law standards and coordination of country-specific HR topics with local experts Analysis of relevant HR metrics and derivation of appropriate measures

The place is to be occupied in full-time (40 hours) from 01.08.2026 at the location Stockelsdorf near Lübeck.

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR management, such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Senior HR Manager Very good knowledge of German labour law; Experience with international HR topics of advantage Experience in the independent implementation of HR projects proven experience in the design and implementation of successful personnel development programs Embossed project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Practical experience in the care of several companies, locations or international business areas Ideally completed coaching and/or coaching training Communication strength, intercultural competence and safe occurrence at all levels of enterprise Hands-on mentality with strategic view German and advanced knowledge of English
