In our stationary youth community in Erlangen you accompany young people with special life stories on their way to self-employment. You have a degree as a social pedagoguein, medical educationin, educatorin or curative caregiverin. We welcome both professional and professional beginners. You are willing to engage intensively in the relationship work with young people and young adults. You appreciate cooperation in a lively and dedicated team. Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with refugees. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
