Your duties You are responsible for managing international People & Culture / HR projects at Voith Hydro, in particular in connection with organizational transformations, cross-border shifts as well as the resulting personnel and HR topics. Your tasks include monitoring and implementing P&C/HR work packages as part of relocation and transformation initiatives. These include, among other things, the analysis of the impact on the workforce, the recruiting and onboarding in the target countries, the development and implementation of change communication and the coordination with local requirements and circumstances. You implement global P&C/HR standards, programs and tools in the fields of talent management, performance management, workforce planning, learning & development, as well as compensation & Benefits. You moderate and accompany international workshops that support change processes, leadership issues, strategic development and team development. In addition, you support the Global Head of People Business Partners in global operational P&C/HR issues and contribute to the further development of appropriate measures. Another focus of your activity is the optimization of P&C/HR processes, tools and working methods to improve efficiency, quality and international feasibility.

Your profile You have a degree in business administration, psychology, HR management, labour law or a comparable qualification.

At least 8 years of professional experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally with experience in cross-border shifts, the establishment of teams in target countries or comparable transformation projects.

You bring experience in the management of complex HR interfaces and can work with stakeholders at national, regional, functional and group level. Broad HR generalist expertise, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, compensation, employee relations, change management and interfaces to work law.

You work structured, targeted and analytically and convince with a high degree of organizational strength.

Embossed communication, moderation and intercultural skills, with the ability to move safely in international contexts.

You have very good English skills in word and writing; further language skills are advantageous.

Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors completes your profile.
