Professional leadership of the HKLS team Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of complex technical installations Provision of contractual services agreed with the customer in plant mechanics Contact for the customer in the area of responsibility Coordination of subcontractors

Technical - recognized in Germany - training as plant mechanic heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary / mechatronics refrigeration / central heating and ventilation equipment / gas-water installer Training as a technician or master Mind. 3 - 5 years of professional experience required - ideally in the field of facility management or industrial maintenance - optimally with first leadership experience Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation Language level at least. C1 / driving licence class B
