(Senior) Consultant M&A Tax (m/f/d)

You participate in the implementation of Tax Due Diligence projects (Buy and Sell-Side) and guide the correspondence with our clients and consultants. You support tax advice on business purchase contracts (e.g. review of tax clauses). You support consulting our clients for post-deal integration of projects. In addition to the project work, you carry out tasks in ongoing tax consulting to build a broad understanding of tax law.

You have completed university studies and have ideally gained first practical experience in the form of internships or work students in the M&A Tax area. You are characterized by a self-sponsored, independent as well as distinct, manifold and team-oriented work. You communicate safely and confidently – in writing as oral in German (at least C1 level). You convince by your sovereign appearance and like to contact our clients.
