Complete studies in civil engineering, electrical engineering, building automation or comparable qualifications Detectable experience in the planning and design of technical building equipment (TGA) Funded knowledge in the field of HOAI/VOB rules for tenders and performance directories Experience in project management and construction monitoring in TGA projects Knowledge of energy-efficient, sustainable solutions for building types Very good knowledge of German (C1) as well as knowledge of English Driving licence Class B required
