Together with internal departments and external service providers, you ensure that agreed quality standards are maintained and developed. You carry out quality checks in the field of voice and writing and create transparency about results and development potentials. You analyze quality indicators, identify opportunities for improvement and boost sustainable process improvements. You develop our quality management in the vicinity of our assembly services and keep the effectiveness of the measures in mind. You start meaningful reporting and, together with our partners, take concrete measures to improve quality. You work with disciplines, the Techem Academy and external partners and bring different perspectives to a table. You support performance descriptions, contract documents and control models for external services. You conduct regular quality discussions with external partners, virtually and occasionally also on site.
