Qualification: A completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification forms your basis. Professional experience: experience in document and process management, ideally in the construction industry, a licensing authority or in a law firm, gives you a clear advantage, but are not a must. Technical Affinity: The handling of document management systems (DMS), MS Office (especially Excel) and SharePoint is one of your strengths. Organizational talent: You work structured, detailed and keep track of complex projects. Team spirit and initiative: You bring joy in cooperation with different teams and convince by proactive, independent work. Communication capability: With clear communication in German and good English skills, you make sure that all participants are up to date.
