In our large human resources department ''HR Tires'' for the location in Hannover-Stöcken, we offer the exciting opportunity to get to know the daily work of our HR department intensively as part of a (flight) practice. The internship covers a period of at least 5 months (typically 6 months). In addition to the main task in the recruitment and supervision of the students at the site, there are also other possibilities to get to know different personal processes.

Tasks include: Participation in local student management Call for tenders proactive planning and implementation of networking events for students Implementation of the setting processes Implementation of the Welcome Event Care of students on site Learn about the various tasks of the HR Department (HR Business Partner Team, Specialist Team and HR Operations Team)

Students (m/w/d) der Studienrichtungen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie or comparable, ideally with a focus/in-depth in human resources management Safe handling of current MS Office programs Very good German and very good English knowledge in word and writing for daily communication with applicants and internal hiring managers High motivation, commitment and enthusiasm Security in the presentation and management of on-site events Self-employed and structured working and communication skills Please remember to upload your current enrollment certificate as well as your current grade and an excerpt from the current study order with regard to the performance of a mandatory internship, as these are absolutely necessary for the processing of your application!
