Quality assurance: You carry out manual testing of customer privileges, in which our automatism is not secure, reads data that have been read out from ID documents by means of OCR, and adds missing values if necessary. In addition, you will check identity photos and selfies of our customers for possible counterfeit attempts Documentation: You identify recurring patterns and document them systematically. You regularly agree with the product team to improve our service quality Data processing: You support our Data Science team in the processing of training data. This includes labeling data to make it usable for machine learning
