Property Manager Commercial Real Estate (m/w/d)

Our client is a successful, family-run real estate company based in Nuremberg (Family Office), which has been specializing in the development, management and revitalization of commercial, office and residential properties for decades. Around 70% of its own stock are commercial property, 30% residential property - all are supervised with a focus on sustainability, substance and value preservation.

The ten-member administrative team manipulates all objects within a radius of about 25 kilometres around Nuremberg. We are exclusively looking for a dedicated personality who wants to contribute their experience in property management and to serve the stock independently and professionally.

HAPEKO is the first address for professionals and managers in Germany. Our activities focus on the creation of links between specialists and companies. HAPEKO (www.HAPEKO.de) is represented throughout Germany with more than 20 locations. Own-sponsored commercial and technical support for commercial properties in the Nuremberg area Contact person for tenants, service providers and owners Planning, organisation and supervision of repair, maintenance and rebuilding measures Control and control of external service providers (e.g. housekeepers, craft businesses) Treatment of insurance damage and complaints Participation in the production of cost accounting Examination of invoices and current correspondence with tenants and partners

Successfully completed commercial or technical training in real estate or building management (e.g. real estate businessman, real estate specialist, IHK manager) or a degree in real estate / facility management / real estate Multiannual professional experience in the management and care of commercial properties Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and ideally experience with home management software Embossed service orientation, organizational design and structured working Team player with responsibility and joy in communication Good knowledge of German, English
