As a contact partner for customers, partners and employees (w/m/d) you act as an interface to various internal areas such as marketing and education management. The prioritization of partner enquiries and ensuring the implementation, taking into account benefits and cost aspects, complete your task profile. The execution of orders for local or central units as well as the supply and equipping of the partners with materials and safety-relevant documents are your responsibility. In addition, you are responsible for picking and shipping test equipment and for the management and control of test equipment and consumer goods. Their task profile also includes the recording and independent processing of customer requests and complaints as well as preparatory accounting tasks in the creditor and debitor area (e.g. customer master data management, performance processing). In your field of activity, you are also responsible for the implementation of on- and off-boarding of partners, including the provision of equipment, cooperation in projects, support and organisation of events.
