Operator with additional function (m/f/d)

For our production site in Nörten-Hardenberg we are looking for an operator with additional function as a deputy layer manager (m/w/d) in the current 5-layer system. In this function, you take over the tasks of an operator and represent the layer manager in the absence. You support ensuring a smooth production process and take additional responsibilities within the shift team.

Implementation of all assigned production tasks in coordination with the group manager and shift team. operation of the process control system, monitoring the process sequence and timely notification or Correction of deviations and disturbances. Sampling and analysis according to plan. Documentation of all relevant production steps. the organisation and implementation of maintenance and maintenance measures according to maintenance plan and maintenance support for repairs. Flexible support in the storage area (palleting, packaging, loading/storing). Compliance with operating, hygiene, environmental and safety regulations.

Additional duties in the case of representation: Technical and disciplinary management of the group. Organisation, coordination and monitoring of all production-relevant work and processes, including personnel planning and operational control within the shift. Control of work performance and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Implementation and monitoring of all operational, hygiene, environmental and safety regulations. Head of daily production meetings. Decision on production stoppages in case of disturbances and information of the area management. Complete technical or industrial vocational training. Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing environment, of which ideally first leadership experience. Very good understanding of production processes, quality assurance and documentation. Structured and independent working and decision-making. High communication capability. Extensive sense of responsibility and reliability, especially in terms of safety, quality and process stability. High readiness and flexibility in layer operation. Hands-on mentality and proactive thinking for continuous process improvement.
