You are responsible for controlling the loading on the late layer (12 - 20 o'clock) and ensure compliance with the unloading times and unloading periods. Please report directly to the Shift Leader. In coordination with your Shift Leader, you will coordinate the daily staffing of the unloading area and ensure a smooth operation. You follow the characteristics of the loading and the quality requirements and objectives of the Food Logistics and instruct your employees in the application and implementation of our quality and hygiene standards based on training documents. The documentation of the discharge and the load securing is also part of your tasks. You are also a contact person for the MRP, driver, yard management and service. Furthermore, you are actively involved in the placement of the training content as well as in the incorporation of new employees and assist in day-to-day business.

You have a completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics, as a specialist warehouse (m/w/d) or have a well-founded professional experience in the forward-looking warehouse. You bring relevant professional experience in the warehouse area and a pronounced know-how, ideally in the area of handling warehouses and have a driving licence for industrial trucks. You can already demonstrate personnel responsibility. You bring process knowledge and an economic way of thinking and have an independent and structured way of working. You will also show an independent and structured way of working. You are resilient and also keep an overview in stressful situations. You have a high level of enforcement while at the same time high intercultural/integrative competence and can motivate teams to act cooperatively.
