Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

You are the central point of contact for our customers – from order intake to delivery of the goods – and accompany them throughout the entire process with a first-class service. In order to provide the best possible care for our customers and to solve complex inquiries competently, you work closely and trustfully with your colleagues along the supply chain. You create the required customs documents and ensure that all export regulations are complied with. You always have a look at delivery dates and make every effort to comply with them reliably. You actively contribute to the development of LOBA – whether through the independent implementation of smaller projects or through the participation in project teams to develop innovative solutions for our customer service.

The satisfaction of our customers is at the top for you. You have good knowledge in the fields of export and customs processing. Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage Even under high loads, you act solution-oriented and keep a cool head. Very good English skills in word and writing are of course for you. You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, or are motivated to work in it independently in a short time.
