The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the real estate policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we make the way to climate-neutral real estate management. We need you for that! Do with us BImA! The diverse and varied spectrum of the department 2 you will have in the future belongs to the coordination of the management of commercial/other properties and the properties used by the Bundeswehr in Baden-Württemberg. With your three teams, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the buildings and implement construction measures. In addition, you conduct important negotiations as a contact person for the management level of users.

Management and responsibility: You take over the technical and personnel management and control tasks. They motivate your teams to innovative solutions and take responsibility, agree work objectives, perform the task coordination, and coordinate the use of personnel. As an interface to the central facility management and the further divisions of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, communication is your particular concern and efficient knowledge management. Negotiations and cooperation live: They conduct negotiations in cases of superior importance with our customers, parties and other third parties and are reliable contact persons for the management level of the service users. Developing the future in a sustainable and responsible way: together with your object management teams, you are responsible for managing the industrial property and the properties of the Bundeswehr in Baden-Württemberg. They ensure the maintenance and repair of all buildings on these properties and observe the climate policy objectives of the Federal Government. You agree with your users and the building administrations. We work on a mobile and flexible basis and provide the appropriate equipment. However, several-day service trips, including throughout the federal territory, are included in the service post/workplace. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

They have a completed academic degree (Master/ Uni-Diplom) with real estate, preferably in the fields of real estate, law (full-legal), business or a comparable professional qualification. They are motivated to take over leadership tasks and have already gained leadership experience in leading or responsible positions of a larger team. They have extensive expertise and experience in the field of real estate administration, as far as possible in the field of federal military services. You are familiar with knowledge and regulations in the (Miet-) contract law, in public building law, in federal and regional construction and in building planning law. You are IT-affin and a safe handling of Microsoft Office (in Excel) will take you out. You have experience in working with the SAP ERP 6.0 application and are ready to quickly acquire specialist or company-specific applications. They bring the ability to work quickly into changing tasks, and are able to work in a targeted, conceptual and creative manner. An independent and service-oriented mode of operation and a high sense of responsibility are featured. In addition, you have strong organisational and communication skills and a high level of social competence and quality of staff management.
