Ensuring the technical operation of systems of measurement, control and control technology (MSR), in particular in the field of building automation, HLK (heating, ventilation, climate) Maintenance, inspection, maintenance and destruction of MSR systems and field equipment Analysis of faults and performance of fault diagnosis Participation in the optimization of plant settings for energy saving and operational optimization Documentation of maintenance and service work according to internal and legal requirements Support for reconstructions, modernizations and commissioning Communication with the customer on site and close cooperation with the facility team

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or comparable – ideally focusing on MSR or building automation experience in the maintenance and maintenance of MSR or building control systems (e.g. Siemens Desigo, Honeywell, Beckhoff, WAGO o. A.) Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in technical building management Safe handling of technical documentation and MSR-Schemata High level of autonomy, customer orientation and sense of responsibility Ready for permanent use at a fixed location Good knowledge of German in word and writing
