For the Schön Klinik Tagesklinik München we are looking for a station management (m/w/d) psychosomatic in part-time/full time (32-40 week hours).

Technical direction of co-therapy: You are responsible for the professional, organizational and personal management of the co-therapy in close cooperation with the clinic management and the therapeutic team. Staff management and team development: You create schedules, promote the further development of the team and accompany your employees in all professional matters. Administrative coordination: You organize the administrative processes in the reception area of co-therapy, including post-in and outgoing, repair, release planning and communication with external interfaces. Co-therapeutic care: You perform group offers and are responsible for the continuation of the co-therapeutic reference system. Concept and quality development: You contribute to the conceptual development of the daily clinic and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines.

You have a completed training as a qualified specialist or equivalent degree (dual course of study with integrated vocational training as a specialist nurse). Ideally, you have completed a further education for the department management (DKG) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing management. You ideally bring first leadership experiences. You like to take responsibility, work with people and are characterized by a high social competence. You are interested in psychosomatics, open to further education and training and have good computer skills as well as reliable German knowledge in word and writing.
