Working Student Marketing & Communications – with a focus on email marketing (m/f/d)

OXG Glas GmbH is a joint venture of Altice and Vodafone.

We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

As a working student*in, you develop a structured email marketing roadmap (e.g. Welcome routes, campaigns for different target groups, automations) together with us. You support the operational implementation of the email campaigns – from planning and timing to writing targeted texts to A/B tests and follow-up routes. You enter and optimise customer communication in the fulfillment process (e.g. status e-mails around connection, construction and activation) and thus ensure a consistent, positive customer experience. Monitoring and optimization are key to your everyday life: you are launching campaigns and taking concrete measures to improve. You get the chance to answer and make your own projects visible from the idea to the concept. You are also involved in day-to-day business operations and are regularly at the OXG headquarters in Düsseldorf.

You are an immaculate studentin – preferably in a communication-oriented study course such as marketing, business or communication – with good study performance and you ideally bring first practical experience, e.g. through internships or student work activities. You have strong communication skills, bring a high degree of self-sufficiency with you, and you want to take first responsibility and bring you in proactively with your ideas. You have very good writing skills in German and enjoy preparing complex content in a comprehensible and targeted manner. You work structured, reliable and keep track of multiple projects. You are committed, open and willing to make a start-up. You want to take responsibility, work on new topics and introduce your own ideas.
