Focus: Care and further development of the CRM systems (focus: salesforce) of the Heidelberg-Engineering Group Operation of the CRM system Ensuring Salesforce Systems Operation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) Administration of CRM applications including user, role and authorization management (profiles, permission sets, roles) Configuration and maintenance of objects, fields, page layouts, flow and validation rules Supporting interfaces to third-party systems (including ERP, marketing automation, partner systems) Monitoring system availability, data quality and Governor limits and error analysis Coordination and implementation of Salesforce Seasonal Releases (Spring/Summer/Winter) as part of the Change & Release Management User support First and second level support for CRM users Analysis and troubleshooting (Incidents) Advice to the departments (sales, service, marketing) on questions about CRM processes Creation and maintenance of documentation and work instructions Implementation of user training Process optimization and project support Working with CRM projects Support for international rollouts Conducting tests and documentation according to change and release management Support of the CRM Project Manager and the Team Leads in the implementation of global standards Support for data migration, dedupplication and data management Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and SOQL queries and data evaluations
