In this key position, you take responsibility for an object in the food processing industry at the Crailsheim site and ensure that the highest hygiene, quality and safety standards as well as efficiency and team work are optimally combined. As a central contact person on site, keep an overview, control your team confidently and ensure a smooth running.

Your duties

• Order management: organisation, control and tracking of orders and coordination of special and additional services
• Technical cleaning: planning and carrying out cleaning work on machines and plants in the production environment while maintaining strict hygiene requirements
• Team management: expert and disciplinary management of your cleaning team including deployment planning and employee control
• Quality management: ensuring and documentation of the contractually agreed services and regular quality controls
• Safety and hygiene: compliance and implementation of all relevant regulations and standards
• Budget responsibility: Monitoring costs and resources and identifying optimization potentials
• Customer support: Central contact for the customer and active expansion of the cooperation
• Process optimization: Analysis and continuous improvement of workflows

This will inspire us

• Technical or craft training (e.g. industrial cleaners, building cleaners, industrial mechanic or comparable)
• Professional experience: Ideally experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in food processing environment
• Management competency: experience in employee management as well as in deployment and resource planning
• Expertise: Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and hygiene standards
• Flexibility: willingness to work in 2-shift operation and, if necessary, Saturdays
• Operation: Customer-oriented, pragmatic and structured approach with high quality standards
• Mobility: driving licence class B
• IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Excel
• Personal strengths: independent, reliable and responsible operation
• Language knowledge: Good German knowledge, other languages of advantage
