With your profound understanding of our business and your HR expertise, you will be able to advise you on complex issues, develop tailor-made solutions, and accompany your organizational adjustments as well as challenging labour law issues. You are a trusted contact person for our employees, answer their questions comprehensively on all HR-relevant topics and act as a bridge to the specialized HR functions within the company. You actively control and design the conception, optimization and implementation of forward-looking personnel processes. In addition, you support effective personnel development measures that promote and demand our talents. With your commitment and enthusiasm, you support the business from HR view and are an important driver of our corporate culture. You agree with executives and other internal interfaces to achieve sustainable success together. You maintain constructive and trusting cooperation with the employee representation.

Education: Successfully completed relevant studies in the field of BWL, psychology or a comparable study focus or comparable training. Experiences and know-how: Multiannual professional experience in the HR environment, good knowledge in the individual labour law and business constitutional law. Personality: communicative, flexible, committed. Working methods: Active participation of HR topics and processes, professional approach and sustainable implementation of topics in close cooperation with the HR community and business.
