As a team assistant in our research department ''Opto-Mechatronic Components and Systems'', you form the interface between department and group management, team members and administration. You support your interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers in numerous administrative and organizational tasks. These are your activities in detail: Leadership of departmental secretariat, appointment management and travel organization Support of project management in project controlling and personnel deployment planning in SAP Coordination of departmental public relations work Coordination, organisation and logging of department events and project meetings Guided tour of correspondence on offers and interim and final documents in German and English Accompanying onboarding for new employees

Completed commercial training, economic studies or comparable qualification Professional experience as a team assistant*in or in a comparable position Safe handling of Microsoft 365 and ideally first experiences with SAP or a comparable ERP system Very good German and English in word and writing Embossed organizational design and structured, careful working Teamability, communication strength and service orientation Flexibility and ability to keep an overview even in turbulent situations Friendly and professional appearance
