Your tasks as a hairdresser for telephone customer support:

• Customer support via phone, email or chat
• answering customer questions
• Promoting customer satisfaction through service-oriented communication
• Collection of data and maintenance of the customer database
• General administrative activities

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed training for hairdresser (m/w/d) - also for beginners
• Embossed communication capability
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good expression in German
• Affinity for EDV systems such as Microsoft Office (advantageous)
