Leadership & employee development: You guide employees professionally and organizationally, promote their development and delegate tasks targeted

Fully operational responsibility: You organize, control and optimise the electrical and technical operation as well as the maintenance measures in the plants, HKW Niederrad, HKW Messe, HW Allerheiligenstrasse, HW Raimundstrasse, Heiz-Kältewerk Airport and the gas engine heating power plant in Hanau

Regulatory compliance & operational safety: You shall ensure the safe and regular operation of the power and heat generation plants in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and technical regulations.

Total electrical responsibility: You take over the function of the overall responsible electrical power according to VDE 1000-10 for all electrical and conductive systems

Authorities & Audit Management: You plan, coordinate and accompany regulatory audits in close cooperation with the competent supervisory authorities

Trouble Management & Resilience: You initiate and control measures to quickly restore the desired state in the event of disturbances in the generation plants

Documentation & change management: You ensure the continuous updating and quality of plant documentation after operational changes

Operational organisation & Safety: You create and update operational regulations, risk assessments Competence and qualification management: You ensure the professional qualification and further development of staff HSE (Health, Safety & Environment): You are fully responsible for occupational, environmental and health protection Ready-to-use management: You participate in the engineering standby service in the field of production

Root-Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: You analyse disorders independently and develop sustainable measures to avoid disturbances

Technical optimization & innovation: You independently develop measures to optimize and increase efficiency of electrical and control technology

Maintenance Strategy & Coordination: You plan, prioritize and monitor maintenance and coordinate these closely with machine maintenance

You have completed your studies in electrical engineering

You provide several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of energy production facilities, as well as a well-founded knowledge of electrical and control technology with

You are safe in dealing with relevant laws, regulations and technical regulations (e.g. VDE, DGUV, BetrSichV)

You have knowledge of process control technology, PLC systems as well as industrial communication and network technology

You make informed decisions even in critical operating situations and take responsibility

You have experience in the professional and organizational management of employees and in the development of staff

You analyze complex disturbances structured and develop sustainable solutions

You are safe to act in the sense of occupational, environmental and health protection and live a corresponding safety culture
