State-approved degree as a specialist in the field of old, health or nursing with at least 2 years of professional experience Completed studies in the field of care or recognition for care services according to §71 SGB XI Ideally, you already have professional experience as a nursing service manager or plan the next career step You are communicative and prove social strength in dealing with day care guests, relatives and employees
