General company description: The company Irrenhauser & Seitz is a family-run construction company since 1970 and currently employs approx. 100 employees in the commercial and commercial sector including apprentices.

In addition, selected properties are acquired, developed and resold in good locations, or the property base is built up. With their own real estate management, these objects will continue to be maintained during the use phase.

Our customers consist of private individuals, architectural offices, construction companies, other traders and public authorities within a radius of about 50 km.

The company Irrenhauser & Seitz stands for innovation and progress in the construction sector. Thus, attempts with novel products e.g. infralight concrete or methods such as brick construction and stampflehm tested and partly established.

Three years ago, an additional department of timber construction and carpentry was added, which responded to the social and political development in the construction industry. A completely new and modernly equipped production hall at the company site was built for the pre-production of the wood elements.

The company has the goal to expand further and to face the new challenges of the industry, an expansion is being carried out at the current location in the medium term, which includes, among other things, the creation of co-worker apartments.

You carry out carpentry and roofing work in the new building and in stock. You manufacture and assemble roof chairs, wooden frames, carports, terraces and similar projects. You work according to plans and technical drawings. You are part of a team in a newly built, modern production hall. You will find the pre-production of individual wooden houses – no prefabricated houses from the bar. If you wish, you can expand your area of work by building crawling and provide additional change.

Your basis is a completed training as a carpenter (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in timber construction. You bring craftsmanship, technical understanding and careful working. You like to work independently, but at the same time you are a reliable team player to rely on. You speak German fluently for the smooth coordination in the team and at the construction site. Class B driving licence is desirable to be flexible to use.
