For this development position, we are looking for bank merchants in the retail banking department at the earliest possible time.

In this task, you will: to be the first contact person for our customers/members for all service requests, e.g. accounts, maps & online banking, later for bank-specific 2nd level service such as limitation, credit cards, search and account opening processing of telephone and electronic enquiries as well as forwarding to specialist departments Strengthening of customer relationship by addressing GLS shares and deposit offers

This is what you bring (ideally): You have a banking training with interest in further development within the GLS Group You have first experience in customer consulting as well as a safe handling of IT applications You penetrate and understand information in a short time, recognize relationships and set meaningful priorities & are able to build trusted customer relationships, recognize customer needs and reaspect them flexibly. Your proactive action leads to pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions. You really appreciate risks and challenges do not prevent you from consistently implementing decisions. Your pronounced empathy empowers you to consciously perceive people. You are able to make your communication targeted and adaptable as well as to successfully conduct discussions with appropriate methods and techniques.
